My Story
I didn’t get into fitness because everything came easy. I got into it because I was the kid who played every sport I could to distract myself from the chaos of my life, but kept getting sidelined by injuries. Those setbacks made me curious about how the body actually works and pushed me to figure out how to recover and get stronger. That’s where my passion for movement and training really started.
That curiosity grew into a career in kinesiology and strength and conditioning, but at the heart of it, my mission has always been simple. I want to help people break through the barriers holding them back so they can live fully. For some, that means chasing athletic goals, for others, it’s just feeling confident again or having the physical capability to move pain-free.
I live what I teach. I’ve trained in hostels, on beaches, in tiny gyms around the world, and I’ve proven to myself and my clients that you don’t need perfect conditions to stay consistent. Progress comes from showing up wherever you are and building something sustainable.
